Triumph over Thalassemia

Hotel Marigold, Hyderbad, India
On July 21, 2023, Marham, in collaboration with the Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society (TSCS), hosted "Triumph over Thalassemia - From One Prick Today to Prick-Free Future" at Hotel Marigold, Hyderabad. The event featured a panel discussion on Thalassemia screening in pregnancy, with notable experts including Dr. Manjula Anagani, Dr. Krishna RSV, Dr. Chinmayee Ratha, Dr. Prajnya Ranganath, Dr. Suman Jain, and Dr. Isha Polavarpu. The event successfully raised awareness among attending gynaecologists, promoting better healthcare practices to protect future generations from thalassemia.

Blood Donation Camp

South India
Marham, in a shared battle with cancer, engages with screening and blood donation drives across South India. In collaboration with local screening platforms, Marham works to ensure women can be aware of how to recognise the issue early.
